Students should be introduced to Numerical Analysis. This will cover the application of numerical analysis to solve simple problems and possible errors that may arise by obtaining numerical results from mathematical expressions. Students should also be familiar with and understand the theory and application of Time Series Analysis and Fourier Series. Amnong other things, students must also be familiar with Difference Equations, Interpolation Methods, and different types of Approximations.
